Reconstruction in Progress (Phase II) new - undated June 5, 2007

Work on Phase II has begun, this phase will see the replacing of the Roof  and should be completed by mid January.  Work men have already dug trenches for the foundation.  The foundations for the columns should be completed by year end.  Columns will be placed on the inside to support the roof, as the roof will no longer sit directly on the walls. Pictures below show work being done on the foundation. Work on the roof was delay for about two months, and resumed in Mid March.  We are hoping that the work on the roof will be completed by Mid may after which work will be done in cleaning out the structure so that worship can resume by the first week in June.

On Sunday June 3, 2007 we worshipped in the Sanctuary, sixteen months after the fire destroyed it.
